Meet the Doctors

Dr. Kimberly Couri

Dr. Couri has been in practice for 28 years working in both family practice and urgent care. And has always had an interest in wellness.  In the last 15 years she has specialized in women’s health, infertility  and hormone imbalances.

“It has been a privilege and honor to walk beside my patients on their health journey . I am a truth seeker and have spent my personal and professional life trying to find the best way to help my patients find answers and become empowered to take  charge of their health. It has been a joy to watch them transform their health and their lives.”

Dr. Couri and her late husband moved to Wausau from Chicago 20 years ago with their 3 daughters. She is involved in her church and local community. She enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. R. Louise Smyth

Dr. Smyth has been blessed to be able to work with patients for over 30 years in the Emergency Department and Urgent Care settings and for over 20 years in her work with women’s health and hormone issues.

“It has been an honor to walk with my patients through some of the most joyful and sorrowful times of their lives, and to help them find answers and become empowered to understand and improve their health. Health is a journey, like life. Helping people to widen their understanding of their health, hormones and underlying root causes for their issues is life changing.”

Dr. Smyth and her husband have lived in central WI for over 25 years after relocating here from Western Canada. They are proud parents of 5 sons and treasure the time they have with their children/spouses and grandchildren. They enjoy biking, hiking, camping, gardening, youth group activities and playing cards.
